Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of R100 for all orders within South Africa. -
International Shipping: For orders outside of South Africa, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time - Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Return & Exchange Policy
At Nina J Couture, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns on sale items or custom-made orders. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Kindly contact us to initiate a return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
